NAS Alton was started by a group of mothers in 2009 and since then it has continued to grow in numbers. NAS Alton has over 100 members and provides support where possible to families with ASD in their lives.
We host regular coffee mornings/afternoons as well as hosting events for families and their children.
The committee of NAS Alton are a group of dedicated volunteers who seek to raise the profile and understanding of Autistic Spectrum Disorders in the Alton and surrounding areas.
We welcome anyone who has concerns about autism and those who would like to know more about this lifelong condition. Diagnosis is not neccessary.
Our first and foremost role is to offer you support where possible and to offer you the opportunity to meet other people experiencing similar problems. In addition we host events that are for families who live with ASD.
